Fiction Factor Fiction Factor focuses very tightly on fiction writers, offering lists of Royalty-Paying E-publishers, Verified Paying Short Fiction markets, Writing Contests and Anthologies' Listings. Fiction Factor has begun work on a Paying E-markets listing and only lists markets that are verified as being true "paying markets", regardless of amount and preferably only shows those with online submission capacity.
